Fruit and Flower Balm Concentrate is a 100% raw and organic super food feast for your skin. Made from more than 30% raw CO2 fruit & flower extracts blended with raw Nilotica and Shea butter this balm feels light and absorbs into the skin beautifully as it is free from wax emulsifiers.
The Ritual
As often as required just dip in and rub into clean damp skin. May be used as a nourishing skin food for facial care and all over bodycare.
In the summer months, I may arrive in liquid form. This will not damage the Balm or the pot in any way. Put me in the fridge for an hour and I will set again. Keep me refrigerated for a cooling skin salve through the summer and in the winter keep me at room temperature for a soft creamy easy to apply Balm.
Melting in warm weather will not harm the ingredients of this balm in any way.
The Results
- Raw (traditional hand pressed) shea nut butter(Butyrospermum Parkii) is a rich fatty butter that has been hailed as the perfect alternative to petroleum. Creates a breathable barrier for the skin and restores skin. Shea is very rich in anti inflammatory phytosterols, vitamins and antioxidants and is non comedogenic.
- Raw cold pressed shea nilotica (Vitellaria Paradoxa) - A rare wild harvested, cold pressed butter that is recommended as an aid for treating rosacea, eczema and different forms of dermatitis. Recognized for its therapeutic properties for treating sunburn, dry and cracked skin, small wounds. It's the perfect deep moisturizer that can be used in abundance without the oily build up of other products. (Non comedogenic).
- Pomegranate CO2 is a rich, nourishing seed oil containing more than 60% punicic acid, this seed oil has been found to have chemopreventive properties against UV skin damage. A rich Omega 5 antioxidant oil.
- Amaranth CO2 is known for its naturally occurring aqua lens and high levels of vitamin E compounds, Amaranth is a super flower seed oil with powerful antioxidant properties.
- Rosehip CO2 is a nutrient rich whole fruit oil rich in retinoic acid, an omega 3 essential fatty acid and pro vitamin A.
- Schisandra fruit extract CO2 is a nutrient dense berry renown for its rejuvenating properties and rich antioxidant profile.
